Hey everyone! Thanks for taking the time to check out Fairly Fit Food!
I’m a housewife in training; I’m goofy, I’m passionate, I’m dramatic, I love life, I live for my Husband and My Pups, I love my family, I love laughter, I love food, and I love cooking!
I’m a twenty-something year old wife to the most amazing man on this planet as of May 25th, 2013.
I now have the one job I NEVER thought I would have… being the best housewife I can be, living back in the same town I grew up in! It’s crazy how life works, but I wouldn’t change a single bit.
Things I’m passionate about:
1) My Husband, My Superman, My Biggest Fan, My Rock, The Love of my Life, My Everything, Brett <3
Check out my Hubby’s blog over at www.FairlyFit.com
He blogs at Fairly Fit about his weight loss through healthy eating and P90X! He’s a great writer and every post is enthralling and an enjoyable read. He has inspired me to start this blog and is so supportive and helpful. <3
2) My Amazing Dogs – Buddy, Champ, and Lager
Meet Buddy: The Dog that has more love (and gas!) in him than you could ever imagine!
Meet Champ: Our little feisty pup that gives Buddy a run for his money when it comes to that ole thing called energy!
Meet our newest little man: Lager. It may be a bit early to judge… but I think we’ve got another crazy one on our hands!
We love, love, love our pups. Crazy at times? Absolutely. Do I want to scream at times? Absolutely. (sometimes I do…) Do they crack us up and love us every single day? Yes. Worth it. <3
… obviously! I feel amazing when I’m in the kitchen cooking and trying new recipes. I feel like cooking is a science, always experimenting and trying new things, seeing what combinations work well together, what temperatures work best for certain meals… and what temperatures burn others… I’ve been there!
You know… like this:
I’m definitely not one to pretend that everything I make is amazing. I admire fellow bloggers that post their blunders along with their successes, and I definitely have no problem sharing my cooking fails with all of you. After all, like I said… I’m still a Housewife in training ;)! I try and cook meals for my husband and I that balance our love of food and our desire to stay in shape. I’m not one that would ever be satisfied living off of broccoli and baked chicken for every meal… nope… no way Jose!
