Fajitas With Homemade Chicken
Fajitas is one of our most popular Mexican dishes of all time. We like to order sizzling fajitas when we go out to eat at our favorite Mexican restaurant, but since we don’t go out to eat that much, we decided to take the fajita party home! These homemade chicken fajitas are easy to prepare in your kitchen and much better than any restaurant fajitas because they are healthy and so delicious!
This chicken fajita recipe comes from Gina’s new cookbook, Skinnytaste One and you’re done. The cookbook is packed with dinner recipes all made in a pot or pot, which is great because we are all looking for simple dinner recipes that require little cleaning! Cooking at home does not have to be difficult, you can always get great results with little effort. For example, these homemade chicken fajitas are SO simple, you just need a pan. Chicken Fajita Marinade
To make the perfect chicken fajitas, you need to start with a good chicken marinade. For this marinade you will need:
- Pineapple juice
- Peel and lime juice
You also need to add the classic Fajita spices:
- chili powder
- ground cumin
- dried oregano
- smoked paprika powder
How to Make Chicken Fajitas Pan Sheet
First, marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least an hour. You can marinate it overnight, so it is a good recipe for preparing meals. You may have it prepared and ready to go! When the chicken is ready, the fajitas will take only 20 minutes.

To make the fajitas, put the chicken and vegetables on a large plate. If you want to make cleaning even easier, you can line the pan with foil and spray it with non-stick spray.
Bake the chicken and vegetables for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F. Remove the pan from the oven And turn the grill oven. Put the pan in the oven on the top grate and grill for 4-5 minutes or until the vegetables are slightly charred and the chicken is well cooked. Don’t skip the roasting step, it gives the fajitas that sizzling taste.
When chicken and vegetables are cooked, you can charm your tortillas right in the oven. We love using corn tortillas, but if flour is your favorite, you can use flour tortillas.
