Simple egg casserole

I use eggs all the time for cooking, but they were never one of my favorite foods to eat. I never felt like until eggs until recently. I do not know what it is, but I love eggs! I eat them twice a week. I’m used to smearing a few egg whites with spinach and calling it good, but I was a little bored, so I made a casserole with artichoke eggs with spinach. Oh man, it was so easy and so good! I think I became a complete egg fan thanks to this breakfast casserole.

How to make an egg casserole

I love this egg casserole because it’s easy to make and filled with spinach and artichokes, two of my favorite vegetables. This recipe is delicious and so easy to make! You cook breakfast casserole in the oven in a frying pan! It’s that simple!

I put the vegetables on the bottom of the pan, add grated mozzarella and parmesan.

Then I pour the eggs beaten with milk on top. I sprinkle more cheese and fresh basil over the eggs and boom!
In the oven it’s fine! Bake in the oven until golden brown and you have a delicious egg casserole…or we can call it an egg bake if the word casserole scares you:) it’s basically a frittata or an omelet in the oven super Duper easy. Anyone can make this egg dish easy

Excellent meal for any time of the day

We served this egg casserole with spinach and artichokes for dinner, but of course it would be good for breakfast, brunch or lunch. I know we’re going to make this simple egg casserole for the holidays. It is perfect for enjoyment. It is easy to prepare, easy to use, and there is little cleaning! This is my kind of recipe!

The leftovers are also great! You can make and warm up all week to have an easy meal!
